Jim, the project organizer, called to schedule a start date only after I called after waiting a number of weeks. By chance, the materials for the shower had arrived that day and he simply hadn't got to me yet.
The perk of the project was Israel, the installer. Super friendly, caring, good sense of humor, (loved his music), worked hard and long to demolish the old and install the new shower in three days. My significant said to me as Israel left, "He is a perfect representative for any company." He is a keeper! I would ask for Israel to do any future work I might have.
